Abstract: With the development of China's economy, the family business status in the society is more and more important, and the corresponding construction enterprise culture is becoming more and more attention, especially in the family enterprise culture has gradually become the obstacles to the development of family enterprises. Such as; the construction of enterprise culture, the distribution of interests among family members, the next generation of corporate leaders selection issues need to be resolved. So the research of family enterprise culture problem become an important topic which scholars at the present stage.

前言
随着经济的发展，民营企业在当今社会中的地位越来越重要，特别是家族企业的发展，有的家族企业已经有百年的历史还在继续发展着，而有的家族企业则还未经过两代就已经被社会所淘汰。纵观这些家族企业，不管是还在发展着的还是已经消失的，对它们起重要作用的都是其家族企业文化，家族企业的文化建设及其成败，对家族企业是否能很好的发展下去起着至关重要的作用，因此对家族企业文化问题的研究也愈加重要。
一、家族企业文化概述
（一）家族企业及其特征
家族企业最早出现在英国十八世纪的工业革命期间，到今天为止已经有二百多年的历史了，家族企业主要是其家族成员进行经营和管理的企业，在当代有许多人认为其经营管理模式已经远远落后于现代的经营管理理念。但事实却是，在经济相当发达的美国，有80%的企业都属于家族企业，而这些企业每年创造的价值则占到美国国民生产总值的50%以上。既然家族企业在当今社会中扮演着如此重要的角色，那么到底什么样的企业才算是家族企业呢？关于这一点中外学者给出了许多的建议，他们从不同的方面对家族企业进行了概述。
