Salesman Training Mode of the Liquor-Making Industry’s Investigation
Abstract:White wines, as one of the fast moving consumer goods, its sales are closely related to the change of season. So the salesman should have expertise to handle difficult situations at work. Salesman as an important part of current human resources, the training must be promoted to the position of the enterprise strategic height. This paper based on analyzing the unscientific and not systematic employees training model put forward some proposals. These can help the salesman improve the sale power and at the same time that can add financial benefits.
