摘 要:随着全球经济一体化进程越来越快,在激烈的竞争中,获得永久发展战略的一项至关重要的内容就是获得企业核心竞争力,企业获得核心竞争力就必须通过建立人才激励机制来长久吸引保住人才。目前,周口市中小企业员工激励还存在着缺乏长期激励措施。对员工重视程度不够、缺乏完善的绩效考核体系等问题。因此,为了提高周口市中小企业员工激励的效果,应采取建立长期有效的激励机制、加强对员工培训的重视程度、加强企业文化建设等措施。37584 毕业论文关键词:周口市;中小企业;员工激励

Abstract:With the quickening of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer. To obtain an important content of long-term development strategy is to gain the core competitiveness of enterprise. To get the core competitiveness of the enterprise just cannot do without through the talent to attract talent incentive mechanismThe reason for these problems is executives of the incentive theory one-sided understand Chinese traditional culture incentive mechanism for enterprises adverse effects etc. Therefore, in order to improve the employee of Zhoukou small and medium-sized enterprise incentive effect, should be taken to establish a long-term effective incentive mechanism, strengthen the degree of attention to employee training, strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and other measures.
