摘 要:为了取得市场竞争优先权,提高公司的绩效和生产目标,公司也越来越重视人才招聘。在本文中,从员工招聘的概念出发,依次对招聘流程和渠道进行阐述,第二章节对R公司的招聘现状进行分析,对招聘中存在的主要问题如不能体现公司的人力资源管理战略等问题及时检测。然后第三章节再针对这些问题进行有效分析,进而在第四章节提出员工招聘管理中的完善措施,主要是制定人力资源规划等对策,这些对R公司以经济、有效、及时地方法招聘到所需要的高素质人才是必要的。最后对R公司的招聘工作进行总结,这样公司才能招聘到优秀的员工,才能在社会竞争中得到快速发展。38214 毕业论文关键词:员工招聘;人力资源规划;对策
A Study of Staff Recruitment Problems and Strategy about R Company
Abstract: In order to obtain market competition priority, improve the performance of the company and production targets, the company also pay more and more attention to talent recruitment. This paper, from the concept of employee recruitment, elaborate the recruitment process and channel one by one, the company’s recruitment status was analyzed in the second chapter, test the main problems that exist in the recruitment timely, including the lack of the company's human resource management strategy and other issues. Then the third chapter analyzes these issues effectively, the fourth chapter putts forward perfect measures of staff recruitment management. The strategy is formulating the development of human resource planning and other strategies, which are most essential for the company with the economic, timely and effective way in high-quality personnel recruitment. Finally, R Company summarizes the recruitment work, so the company can recruit quality staffs and get rapid development in social competition.
