摘 要:核心员工是组织运行的重要资源,他们具有高于普通员工的知识、技能和自我管理能力,对核心员工进行管理,不仅要重视法律契约层面的管理,更要重视心理契约层面的管理。本文主要从心理契约层面分析现阶段我国民营企业管理核心员工存在的一些问题,提出企业只有从招聘过程中提供客观真实的信息、健全企业员工培训体系、采取多样化的激励方式、建立灵活公平的薪酬机制、关注核心员工职业生涯发展、建设富有凝聚力的企业文化、建立心理契约违背的补偿机制等方面着手,才能文持企业与核心员工之间心理契约的良好发展,保障核心员工管理的有效性。38213 毕业论文关键词:民营企业;心理契约;核心员工
