摘 要:在竞争激烈的市场中,民营企业存在着许多人力资源方面的问题,这些问题给企业带来一定的负面影响,制约着民营企业的发展。企业应对员工的期望和要求倍加关注,并且在此基础之上,开发新型的员工与企业的关系,如何提高忠诚度,把员工的潜能释放出来,这是企业必须要做的,因为只有这样,才能使企业有更大的发展空间。因此,员工的忠诚度对民营企业的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。本文通过员工忠诚度相关理论的论述,进而分析影响员工忠诚度的因素,提出改善员工忠诚度的对策。38215 毕业论文关键词:民营企业;员工忠诚度;影响因素
Influencing Factors of Private Enterprise Employee Loyalty
Abstract: In a fully competitive market, the survival and development of any private enterprise, except to meet a variety of other conditions, it is important to maximize stimulate staff's work enthusiasm, with full of passion and creativity of employees, realize the maximization of enterprise benefit. How to improve staff loyalty, ensure employees in the work can give full play to their enthusiasm, stimulate their creativity, are any of the enterprises have to face problems,and to a large extent, is also the HR managers need to concern. Therefore, employee loyalty has become the key private enterprise survive and develop.
