Abstract: For a better understanding of autonomous learning situation of students at Normal University, the Normal University students as the sample, 220 randomly selected students questionnaire survey. Based on the autonomous learning as the basis, to the purpose of learning, learning methods and learning factors such as the direction of the investigation, in-depth study of the college students' autonomous learning situation. The survey results show that: most of the college students in our school is recognized by hard learning can enhance and improve; the hope that through the efforts of learning have a good future, use for learning; method is various, embodied in the preview before class, to make notes in class, and the teacher exchange learning problems; the influencing factors to learn, to analyze from the perspective of their own, have sense of responsibility, self-confidence, self-control ability, self-motivated, good, is an important factor affecting learning

一、自主学习问题的提出
随着现代的信息技术的发展以及互联网技术的应用，使得当代的学生越来越不注重独立的思考，反而是越来越倚重网络搜索引擎，在学生中流传着这样的话“不会啊，找百度”。但是同时造成了当代的大学生博而不专，凡事不求甚解。同时知识的更新速度很快，当我们毕业的时候，不需多久我们所学的知识将会迅速的老化。这就要求当代的大学生必须具备更多的学习技能，不能将眼光局限于课本，需要我们具备自主学习的能力。
自主学习是主动调节自己学习过程的一种学习，是大学生的主要学习方式。它强调学习者在认知、动机和行为上的积极主动性。自主学习者能够更为有效、合理地自主开展学习，高自主学习能力者具有更好的学习策略，能够更好地监控、调节学习进程。正如联合国教科文组织出版社的《学会生存》一书中所讲的：“未来的文盲不是不识字的人，而是没有学会怎么学习的人”而终身学习一般不在学校里进行，也没有教师的陪伴在身边，全靠一个人的自主学习能力。
