摘 要:由于近年来大学生自主创业型企业的大幅增多,潜藏在其中的各种管理问题也随之浮出水面。本文针对大学生自主创业型小微企业的人力资源管理方面的管理意识薄弱、管理方法不科学、缺乏有效的人才选拔和培养机制、绩效考核体系和激励机制不完善、忽视文化建设等问题,对其提出合理的建议,以促进企业更好的发展。本文最后以W公司为例,对W公司人力资源管理中存在的问题进行分析,并针对其问题提出相应的解决方案。38230 毕业论文关键词:大学生;自主创业;小微企业;人力资源管理
