The Analysis of the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of the Training of New Employees in Private Enterprises
Abstract: With the advent of the era of the global knowledge economy,human capital has become the valuable resource competition between enterprises,which is a key factor to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Especially for private enterprises,new employee training position in enterprise human capital management practical work rising,is an important means of private enterprises effective human capital development in the future.According to private enterprises into the training situation for new employees,from the content of the training system to identify problems,content,methods,results,etc,and put forward recommendations can be implemented,in order to improve the quality of human resources of private enterprise for different problems.
