Analysis on the Reasons and Countermeasure of the Loss of Sales Personnel Private Enterprise
Abstract: The sales staff is the most active factor in the market economy, but also private enterprises in the fierce market competition environment the key to winning. Unreasonable loss of sales staff, however, is a private enterprise managers have to face the problem, based on the sales of private enterprises as the research object, summarizes the general status of private enterprise sales personnel loss and its impact, combined with the characteristics of private enterprises, explore the reasons of resulting in the loss of sales staff and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which provide reference for the management of the sales staff for the private enterprise and guidance.
