Zhoukou City Research Problems of The Rural Human Resources Development
Abstract:Currently, human resource development in rural areas has become an important part of the new rural construction of socialism, it became increasing farmers' income, the development of effective protection of agricultural productivity. Human resources are very rich in China's rural areas, a large advantage in numbers, but the overall quality is relatively low, to be improved, this situation is largely hindered the further development of rural economy, therefore, develop new high-quality farmers are an effective way to promote a new socialist countryside construction. By necessity Rural Human Resources Development elaboration, the system for current status of Zhoukou rural human resources and issues analysis, and for this situation, put forward scientific and reasonable measures and recommendations to optimize the human resource structure of rural Zhoukou City, Zhoukou City to promote the continuous development of the rural economy.
