New generation high staff turnover rate analysis of the influencing factors and countermeasures
Abstract: At present, the new generation workers gradually become the main work, the management problems also arise. Turnover rate is high; Lack of team cooperation spirit; the sense of responsibility is poor; Compressive strength is weak. These problems are put forward severe challenge to the enterprise. How to retain talent makes separation rate control in a reasonable scope, make enterprise in the fierce market competition, no worries, can achieve the healthy and stable development, the focus of modern human resources management. This paper USES the method of data analysis, according to the example analysis, starting from the employee turnover problem, find out the reason, puts forward solving measures, so as to improve the effectiveness of the management.
