基于GIS的徐州市旅游住宿设施选址评价研究
旅游住宿地的选址受到诸多因素影响，包括旅游地的气候、地形地貌、交通条件与安全性等。本文通过ArcGIS软件，以徐州市主要景区和景点为例，向外做3000米缓冲得出研究区域，以景区为中心建立服务范围，同时与周围道路网和医院服务范围做叠置分析，运用GIS技术的空间分析模块对徐州市旅游住宿设施选址的评价因子定量分析，关键是对景区服务范围与道路影响区域进行叠置分析。通过分析结果筛选徐州市旅游住宿设施的合理选址。结合GIS技术空间分析的选址方法，突破了传统选址方法容易脱离实际、难以全面考虑所有要素的弊端[1]，为选出适宜的旅游住宿设施地址提供科学量化的技术支持。
本文综合运用了GIS技术，借鉴区位理论，对影响徐州市旅游住宿设施选址的因子科学评价，得到如下结论：总的来看，云龙山公园和云龙湖以北条件最优；小南湖和珠山风景区等沿三环南路的地区及区政府位置比较好；除了环湖地区，三环之内选址适宜性属于第三等级；三环之外地区适宜性较低，但是沿主要道路且环境优良的地区适宜性相对提升。

STUDY ON THE GIS-BASED TOURISM LODGING FACILITIES SITING EVALUATION IN TOURISM AREA
Abstract
With the rapid development of modern economy, people's economic conditions greatly improved.Tourism has become the good way to relax for people, to broaden their horizons, and the popularity of tourism activities led to the construction and improvement of tourism infrastructure in our country. Tourist accommodation is the key to the development of tourism, which relates to the healthy development of the local tourism industry.
Tourist accommodation site is affected by many factors, including tourism climate, topography, traffic conditions and safety etc.. Based on the ArcGIS software, the main area of Yunlong District of Xuzhou city as an example, to do 3000 meters buffer that this region of the scenic area, for the establishment of service center, at the same time and scope of the surrounding road network service overlay analysis, analysis of the use of GIS technology of the spatial analysis module on the location of Xuzhou city tourism accommodation facilities quantitative evaluation factors, the key is to overlay analysis and establish the location model of scenic area service scope and effects of roads.We can select the right place for the construction of touristaccommodation facilities through the location model.With the location method of analysis and modeling of GIS in the space technology overcomes the disadvantages of traditional method of site selection, to provide scientific quantitative technical support for the chosen tourist accommodation facilities.
This paper uses GIS technology and location theory to analyse the factors affecting of Xuzhou city tourism accommodation facility location, we get the following conclusions: Overall, yunlongshan Park and Yunlong Lake to the north and Zhushan optimal conditions; Small Lake Nanhu scenic area along the Third Ring Road of the district and the district government position is good; in addition to the lake area third, site suitability belongs to the third grade; three area suitability is relatively low, but along the main road and excellent environmental suitability area relative to.
