基于多元统计方法的徐州市土地利用生态安全评价(2)
The regions of ecological security have ten ,such as : Longgu town, Wuduan town, ect. These regions should protect the existing ecological function areas ,at the same time , introducing some green industries such as : agriculture , forestry ,tourism ,leisure , vacation , ect, to drive the economic growth of region. The regions of ecological less security have ninety-five , such as : Qingshanquan town, Liuxin street ,Hanwang town ect. These regions should activate the used land and explore the internal potential of construction land , at the same time , developing the unused land to develop ecology. The regions of ecology to improve have ten ,such as : downtown , tongshan town ,canal town ,ect. Due to these regions are key to the growth of economic , therefore , the government should increase the intensity of land reclamation , using the abandoned land and developing unused land , increasing the number of construction land based on the security of cultivated land .

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
随着工业化、城市化进程的不断推进，以及为适应社会经济快速发展的需要，人类在加快前进步伐的同时也造成了一系列的区域生态安全问题，比如：土地流失、资源过度开发、环境脆弱、生态用地缺乏等。土地是社会经济发展的资本和自然环境的基础。土地利用是生态环境发生变化的重要动力。由于地方政府对土地财政和经济效益的过分追逐，导致土地资源过度开发、空间无序利用、生态用地缺乏等，破坏了社会、经济、生态的平衡发展。土地资源的可持续利用和生态系统的稳定是解决这一难题的关键。
作为淮海经济区的经济中心和区域中心的徐州市，在附近20个地级城市中是规模最大的一个。徐州这样一个具有极大发展潜力的城市，对周边区域的经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。近年来，徐州地区经济增长加快，各类建设层起彼伏，城市扩张占用大量耕地，工业用地、建设用地、住宅用地、绿化用地等比例失调、低效利用。土地利用不当导致生态安全问题的产生。因此，对徐州地区进行土地利用生态安全评价是现阶段的一项重要任务。
