摘要:随着经济的中高速发展,服务型企业员工在目前的企业产业结构中的角色愈发重要,并开始成为中小企业发展途中的主力军。但和临时兼职的员工相比较,全职服务型员工在个性特征、职位需求及个人价值理念等方面有其不一样的想法,传统的人才管理方式已跟不上时代的步伐。本文在第一章的地方介绍了研究方法和背景,第二章开始罗列与服务行业员工激励机制相关的国内外研究综述,阐述了服务行业员工激励机制的相关理论,分析了全职服务型员工具有低学历、薪酬功利化、按时上班工作压力大、没有时间精力文持个人兴趣等现状,并以上海满记食品正大店为例,通过问卷调查及有关访谈,其结果显示,就全职服务型员工而言,企业激励机制主要存在以下问题:基层员工不了解社会保障,员工之间处理员工关系影响工作,激励方式的单一,晋升制度有待改善,职业生涯规划指导缺乏。并根据企业管理层本身和员工个人两个角度分析了问题产生的原因。在原因的基础上,本文遵循物质激励与精神激励相结合的原则,针对性地设计了有利于员工个人发展和企业共同利益最大化的激励对策。41068

 Research on Problems and Countermeasures of employee incentive mechanism in small and medium sized enterprises

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the role of service oriented enterprise employees in the current industrial structure of enterprises is becoming more and more important, and began to become the main force in the development of small and medium enterprises. But compared to the temporary part-time employees, full-time service staff in terms of personality traits, job requirements and personal values such as is its not the same idea, the traditional personnel management have been behind the times of the pace. This paper introduces the research method and background in the first chapter, the second chapter reviews on the research of the incentive mechanism of listed and related service industry employees, explains the related theories of incentive mechanism of service industry employees, analysis of full-time service workers have low education, pay utility, work pressure, work on time without time the energy to maintain personal interest and the status , taking the Honeymoon Dessert in Super Brand Mall for example, through questionnaire survey and interviews, the results show that the full time service employees, incentive mechanism mainly exists in the problem:Grassroots employees do not understand the social security, employee relations between employees affect the work incentives of single the promotion system, needs to be improved, the lack of occupation career planning guidance. And according to the enterprise management itself and the staff inpidual two angles to analyze the cause of the problem. On the basis of the reason, this paper follows the principle of combining the material and spiritual motivation, and designs the incentive countermeasures for the personal development of employees and the maximization of the common interests of the enterprise.
