摘要随着中国经济的飞速增长与电子商务、物流产业的不断发展，快递行业作为一种新兴的服务业逐渐扮演着大众生活中不可或缺的角色。但快递业的发展尚不成熟，由于多方面原因，快递员在其职业发展过程中面临各种困境。本文通过实地调查、资料收集与数据分析，发现快递员面临的具体问题主要有：工作压力大、经济压力大、升职空间窄、顾客态度问题、企业文化因素、工作环境舒适度、保障体系不健全等。在此基础上以下几点对策：国家法律法规的切实保障，企业保障体系、晋升机制、培训机制、文化建设的进一步完善，快递员加强自身的能力建设与职业生涯的自我规划，大众对于快递员的理解与尊重的价值观传递。42617

On the Difficulties in the Vocational Development of Couriers and Countermeasures

 — Taking Several Express Companies in    Xuzhou , Jiangsu Province as Examples

Abstract

With the development of the economy,e-commerce and the logistics industry in China, more and more express companies have been playing an indispensable role in our daily life. However,the express industry is not mature enough at the present stage. Due to various reasons,couriers are faced to a great deal of difficulties in their development of professional careers.

Through some ways like the on-the-spot investigation,visting ,data collection and analysis,we can make a thorough inquiry about the specific dilemma that couriers are facing now. the problems mentioned in the research is mainly about:high pressure from work,economic pressure,little chance of advancement,unperfect system protected and corporate culture and working environment should be improved. What’s more significant is to  analyze the cause, put forward the solution and arouse the department related to pay great attention to it. Firstly,the related department can be more useful to guarantee the rights and benefits of couriers.Secondly,security system,promotion scheme,training system,cultural construction should be improved.Thirdly,couriers should strengthen their own capability and take lead in planning and developing their careers.Fourthly,the public should understand and respect couriers.What is said above ought to be based on the idea of “human-centerd”.
