浅析广东大学生创业的问题与对策

Abstract
Under the background of “public entrepreneurship, innovation”, entrepreneurial innovation has increasingly become the commanding heights of
the comprehensive national strength. And college students as the most entrepreneurial vitality and potential of the group, how to cultivate their entrepreneurial innovation ability, is important and urgent task in the current development . In the paper ,take the college Students’self-employment of Guangdong for example. By using the theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the entrepreneurial intention of college students, and focuses on the related factors of the status of College Students' entrepreneurship. Summed up the reasons for the low probability of success of the college students' entrepreneurial practice, thereby find the root cause of the problem. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to stimulate college students' entrepreneurship. Further research on the theory of entrepreneurial practice and the construction of College Students' entrepreneurial support system and promote the development of entrepreneurship are of great significance.

——以广东大学生为例
一、绪论
㈠ 研究背景和意义
1.研究背景
由于近几年扩招政策的实施，各高校向社会输出的人才逐年增多。这就使得人才市场上出现供过于求的局面，大学生就业陷入困局。2014年我国高校入学率已然超过35%，教育的大众化促使大学生创业的局面开始随之转变：创业是否能成功多层次考验着大学生综合能力，不再简单纯粹依赖单方面的技能[1]。
大学生创业受到了社会各界、相关部门的密切关注，期待其能缓解就业压力。为了鼓励和扶持大学生创业，政府陆续出台相关优惠政策。自2010年工商局下发了毕业生创业优惠政策后，广东也相应地推出了大学生创业贷款等优惠政策[2]。2012年5月，中组部、中宣部、教育部等15各部门联合下发了毕业生就业通知。通知明确规定，各部门要切实增加对毕业大学生自主创业和灵活就业的支持强度，让与大学生相关的担保贷款和优惠政策落地：以组织的形式去进行培训指导、项目论证、跟踪辅导等，保持大学生自主创新创业的通道顺畅。以上的相关利好政策，高校举办的创业活动越来越频繁以及大众媒体对创业的话语支持，已然体现了大学生创业是得到社会各界的鼓励，支持和谅解的。
