摘要：近年来，在我国经济快速发展的趋势下，越来越多的大学生踏上了创业这条路，逐渐成为了经济大潮中的生力军，同时得到社会各界的关注。而由于近些年来各大高校扩招引起的大学生就业难的问题，让人们对大学生自主创业寄予更多的期望。大学生自主创业不仅拉动了我国经济的进一步的发展，而且对缓解大学生就业压力，维护社会稳定起到重要作用。然而，相关实践表明，大学生创业由于受社会、学校和自身等方面的影响，创业过程中总是会遇到这样那样的挫折。为此，本文针对大学生自主创业的三个方面的影响因素，进行了深入的调查和研究，在总结、归纳三方面因素的基础上，发现现阶段大学生创业存在的问题。并借鉴国外发达国家与地区在以上三方面的先进理论与实践经验，探究引起问题产生的原因，进而对症下药，从社会、学校和大学生自身三个方面提出了我国当代大学生自主创业的对策。49785

  Problems and Countermeasures of Contemporary College 

Students' Self Employment 

Abstract: In recent years, under the trend of fast development of our national economy, more and more undergraduates set foot on starting up business and gradually become new force of economic tide, and get attention from all sectors of society at the same time. However, in recent years, most of colleges increase enrollment so that undergraduates have difficulty in finding jobs. People give great expectations to self-employment of undergraduates. Self-employment of undergraduates not only stimulates further development of our national economy, but also plays an important role in relieving employment pressure of undergraduate and maintains society stable. However, related practice shows that entrepreneurship of undergraduates is influenced by society, school, oneself and so on. The process of starting up business always meets all kinds of setbacks. Therefore, this article aiming at three kinds of influencing factors of undergraduate’s starting up business makes a deep research and study, and finds existing problems of entrepreneurship at the present stage under the basis of summering and concluding three factors. Using the above three aspects advanced theory and practice experience from other developed countries and region for reference explores these reasons causing problems, and then suit the remedy to the case. Put forward the countermeasure of our national current undergraduate’s self-employment from three aspects of society, school and oneself.
