摘要随着经济全球化的不断推进与积极发展，企业物流管理的作用日益增强，越来越多的企业加强了对物流管理工作的重视，其中如何有效降低物流成本是许多企业进行物流管理的重要内容。

本文选取A公司为例，结合该公司现在的物流管理状况，选用B, C，D三个产品经过作业成本法的应用来核算和分析该公司各项物流活动的成本，再将该结果与传统核算方法所得结果进行比较，我们能够发现在物流成本管理过程中，作业成本法在成本核算方面的作用和优势。之后根据数据分析所得结果提出一些有利于该公司发展的可行性的策略。50019

A company logistics cost management status and Countermeasure Research

Abstract

With the development and the positive development of economic globalization, the role of logistics management increasing, more and more enterprises to strengthen its focus on logistics management, including how to effectively reduce logistics cost is an important part of many enterprises logistics management .

This paper selects A company, for example, in connection with the company's current logistics management situation, the choice of B, C, D costs three products after using activity based costing to accounting and analysis of the logistics activities of the company, and then the result with traditional accounting for comparing the results, we can find in the logistics cost management process, the role and activity-based costing advantages in terms of cost accounting. After analyzing the results, according to the feasibility of the proposed some strategies conducive to development of the company.

进入21世纪以来，各企业对在物流方面挖掘“第三利润源”的力度与日俱增，如何降低物流成本、提高物流效益成为推动我国物流行业发展最直接的原因。我国各企业对于物流成本的管理至今还未形成完整的体系，大部分物流成本得不到体现，故而未能对企业的物流成本进行有效的控制，影响了企业的经营成果。
