摘要如今越来越多的建筑工程如雨后春笋一般出现在中华大地上，无论是市政建设、民用建设还是其他建设，建筑工程的质量是建筑工程永久的主题。监理作为工程项目的第三方，对项目进度以及工程质量的控制上起着至关重要的作用，虽然建设监理制度在我国已经全面推行以加强对工程质量的管理，但目前我国监理制度推行不到30年，与国外存在着一定的差距。50962

本文首先分析了国内外监理现状及存在的差距，然后在研究质量管理的特点和方法上，以监理的角度，对工程中质量的五大影响因素加以分析，从施工准备、施工过程、竣工验收三个阶段探讨对工程质量控制切之有效的手段与方法，最后结合实际工程，具体分析研究监理质量管理上的如何实际操作，从而保证建筑工程的质量并满足业主、规范标准的要求。

Abstract

Nowadays more and more construction projects springing up in the land of China, whether it is municipal construction, civil construction or other construction, construction quality is a permanent construction theme. As a third-party project supervision, project schedule and project quality control plays a crucial role, although construction supervision system in China has been fully implemented to enhance the quality of the project management, but our supervision system runs less than 30 years, and there is a certain gap abroad. 

This paper analyzes the domestic and international situation and gaps in supervision, and then study the characteristics and methods of quality management, in the perspective of supervision to analyze the five factors in construction quality, from the construction preparation, construction, completion and acceptance of three stage of the project quality to explore effective means and methods to control quality in reality, and finally combined with practical engineering, detailed analysis of how the supervision to control quality with the actual operation, thus ensuring the quality of construction projects and meet the standards with not only owners but also the specification.
