摘要我国就业制度的改革和社会经济的发展直接影响了大学生就业,造成我国大学生就业成为当今社会的主要问题,本研究采用问卷法对江苏师范大学不同层次的被试进行了研究，通过对数据进行单因素方差分析、回归分析以及相关分析，深入的讨论了就业压力、择业倾向之间与人口学变量之间的差异以及其之间的关系，并从中为大学生正确面对就业压力以及树立科学择业观点提供帮助。该论文有表11个，参考文献25篇。51750

A Study of the Correlation of the Employment Pressure and the Professional Value of Collage Students

Abstract

Reform and the development of social economy of our country's employment system directly affects the university students' employment, university students' employment in our country become the main problems in today's society, this study used questionnaire to the different levels of jiangsu normal university were studied, based on the data of single factor analysis of variance, regression analysis and correlation analysis, in-depth discussions between the employment pressure, career orientation and the difference between demographic variables and the relationships between, and for college students to correctly face the employment pressure and help set up the scientific choosing profession view.
