T he method is the combination of theory andpractice.Secondly, the risk of hazardous factors of a tire production enterprise is analyzed, andthe safety production status is summarized, and the main factors of safety are put forward. Followed by the establishment and implementation of the standard system of safety production, inwhich the implementation process using PDCA cycle. At last, through the application of thesafety production standardization system in the enterprise, the countermeasures and suggestionsare put forward.
