机械加工行业的危险性分析与评价
本论文从人员，机械，环境，管理四方面入手，通过对机械加工过程中产生的危险性进行分析。结合专家意见，建议合理的指标体系，利用层次分析法对各项指标进行分析，确定指标权重。另外将采用集对分析法和模糊综合评价进行分析，同时依据相关评价结果，对相关安全问题进行整改和提高。争取降低安全事故的发生。8066

Machining industry risk analysis and evaluation
ABSTRACT：Machinery industry is the basic industry of China's economy, however, the machining industry is also a high incidence of accidents industries. Despite the national and enterprise security very seriously, but every year there are thousands of mechanical accidents continue to occur. Although the reasons are many, but some operator safety awareness is weak, unsafe equipment, management is not in place and the environment are the key reasons for the accident. To reduce the occurrence of mechanical exclude instability during processing is very important.
In this paper, personnel, machinery, environment, management four aspects, through the machining process produces risk analysis. Combined with expert opinion suggests a reasonable index system, using AHP to analyze the various indicators to determine the index weight. Another set will be used for analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis, and based on relevant evaluation results, the related security issues for rectification and improvement. Efforts to lower the occurrence of safety accidents.
