团体社会工作对大学新生适应性影响研究
单靠传统的思想政治教育和学校的心理咨询机构肯定是不行的，因为这些方法只能针对那些有明显适应不良的学生，或者有明显心理障碍的学生，提供个别的心理辅导，帮助其问题解决。团体社会工作从价值理念、伦理原则和方法策略上都有区别于心理咨询和一般的思想政治工作，对于提高大学新生的适应性有自己独特的优势。通过团体社会工作的群体化方法，有针对性的对新生进行团体社会工作，会很有效的帮助提高大学新生的各方面适应能力。8354
本研究以上海应用技术学院的大一新生为研究对象，通过问卷法和访谈法，了解大学新生现存在的适应性普遍问题，针对这些问题量身订制了一套团体社会工作方案。采用《中国大学生适应量表》，通过比对实验组在团体社会工作前后的测量结果，来研究团体社会工作对大学新生适应性的影响。

Group social work research influence on freshman's adaptation
Abstract：With the rapid socio-economic development, social demand for talent is growing, the universities have all been expanding enrollment, resulting in increasingly large student population of the team, then came college education is also adaptable imminent. Study ways and means to change, how to arrange a time and living environment changes, eating habits, maintaining interpersonal, professional prospects concerns, love, etc., these problems are beginning to be school and community attention.
Rely solely on traditional ideological and political education and school counseling agencies is certainly not, because these methods only for those students who have significant maladaptive, or have significant psychological barrier for students, provide inpidual counseling to help them solve the problems . The author believes that community social work from the values, ethical principles and methods are different from counseling strategies and general ideological and political work, to improve the adaptability of college freshmen have their own unique advantages. Community groups through social work methods, targeted for freshmen group social work, will be very effective in helping to improve all aspects of college freshmen adaptability.
In this study, Shanghai Institute of Technology freshman as the research object, through questionnaires and interviews to understand the adaptability of freshmen extant in widespread problem tailored to address these issues a set of community social work program. The use of “China College Student Adjustment Scale”, through the experimental group than in the group of social work before and after the measurement results to the research community social work on Freshmen Adaptability.
