摘要：某化工公司是大量生产保险粉的场所，其生产的主要的危险化学品有连二亚硫酸钠、二氧化碳，生产原料中使用的危险化学品主要有环氧乙烷、甲醇、二氧化硫、液体硫磺、液体烧碱、硫酸和氨气等。一旦发生事故，不易控制，同时造成的后果也相当严重,进行安全评价可有效预防事故发生，减少事故，对全过程、全方位提供安全指导。本文是对某化工公司进行安全生产和管理的现状进行分析，对化工公司中可能存在的危险有害因素进行分析和研究，运用安全检查表法、预先危险性法、危险度法和蒙德法对周边环境及平面布置、安全管理、生产车间、仓库和罐区、公用工程五个评价单元进行定性、定量分析并提出整改措施。经过分析得知该化工公司的环境和平面布置基本符合要求，而公司生产过程和设备设施存在火灾、爆炸、触电等较多的危险岗位和危险环节，部分岗位危险程度较大。

A chemical enterprise’s safety status analysis and countermeasure research

Abstract: A chemical company is a place where a large amount of insurance powder is produced.The main dangerous chemicals products are sodium hydrosulfite and carbon dioxide.So once accidents occur, the consequences are hard to control. The purposes of the safety assessment are to minimize the outbreak and the adverse impact of the accidents so that people can put forward some proposals for rectify.This article analyzes the status quo of safety production and the management of a chemical company, and studies the possible hazardous factors in chemical companies, and also uses safety checklist、PHA and ICI to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis in the following five evaluation units.Through some analyses, the environment and the layout of the company basically meet the requirements, while

the production processes and the equipments have potential safety hazards such as fire, explosion, electric shock etc. so that some jobs tend to take higher risks during daily work.
