摘 要:近年来,人们的消费需求增加,顾客满意度调查对于餐饮业了解顾客需求、制定发展策略以及扩大市场份额的意义逐渐凸显。海底捞作为餐饮业服务的典范,以其独特的服务迅速的提高了其在餐饮市场的占有率,成为行业领先品牌。本文以顾客满意度的研究理论为据,以海底捞饭店为例,通过构建顾客满意指标体系对海底捞进行顾客满意度调查,确定影响海底捞饭店顾客满意度的关键因素,并针对这些关键因素提出相应的策略。关键词:海底捞;顾客满意;服务;研究8697
Research on Customer Satisfaction of HaiDiLao
Abstract: In recent years, people’s increasing consumption requirements. While customer satisfaction surveys has important significance for the catering industry to understand customer needs, formulate development strategies and expand market share. HaiDiLao, as a paragon of catering industry, it through providing unique service for customers to gain market share. This paper is based on the customer satisfaction theory, takes Sea Fishing as an example to carry on customer satisfaction survey to analyze the critical factors that influence the customer satisfaction .Finally, presents some proper strategies according to these factors for HaiDiLao.
