摘 要:近年来,我国B2C电子商务网站竞争愈演愈烈,大多数网站经营者往往看重如何吸引顾客,强调顾客的成长率,而忽略了对顾客忠诚的建立。因此本论文针对问题致力研究顾客忠诚影响因素,结合电子商务及网络消费者的特征,将B2C电子商务网络顾客忠诚的影响因素总结为:顾客感知价值、顾客满意、顾客信任、转换成本,构建B2C电子商务网络顾客忠诚模型,并运用实证分析的方法加以验证,得出了相应的结论,并提出针对性的对策和建议。关键词:B2C电子商务;顾客忠诚;影响因素;实证分析8800
The Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty in B2C E-commerce Sites Empirical Research
Abstract:In recent years, our country B2C e-commerce sites have been fierce competition.Most of B2C enterprises are paying attention to attract new customers and are neglecting customer loyalty. Therefore,this paper is committed to research factors affecting customer loyalty which is combined with the electronic commerce and the features of network consumers. The influence factors of customer loyalty in B2C e-commerce network is summarized as: customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer trust and switching cost.This thesis establishes the model of factors influencing e-business customer loyalty and verifies using the method of empirical analysis,so that some suggestions be made for corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
