摘 要:绩效管理在企业管理中有着举足轻重的作用,企业在尝试推行绩效管理时常陷入困境,而仅仅局限于财务方面的传统绩效管理显然已经不能解决信息时代企业所面临的问题。随着知识经济的到来,人才、组织流程、客户关系、学习成长等无形资产作为企业的核心资源已被企业提升到战略的高度。我国从上个世纪90年代开始引进实施平衡计分卡,尽管具有诸多其他业绩评价系统无法比拟的优势的平衡计分卡在国外取得了巨大的成就,但是在中国的效果并不理想。本文将以联想集团作为中国企业的代表,从平衡计分卡的视角分析中国企业在实施过程中存在的问题,并研究其相关的对策。关键词:平衡计分卡;实施;绩效管理;对策10133
Study on the Application of Balanced Scorecard in Enterprise Performance Management--Take Lenovo Group as an Example
Abstract:Performance management plays a critical part in the business management,however,many enterprises fall into difficult circumstances when they trying to implement performance management.the enterprises succeeded just because of owning finance advantage can not ever seen in this information age.The enterprise which have complete competition capabilities including human resource,finance,innovation,scale which have sustainable competition advantages have been ascended to a new strategic height.balance score card method is a performance evaluation system tool which evaluates enterprises’ performances from the following aspects:finance,customers,inter operation process and learning abilities.Articles of association as a representative of Chinese enterprise,from the balanced Score Card Analysis of Lenovo’s existing problems and find related strategies.
