摘要:利用差热分析(DSC)、偏光显微镜及力学性能测试考察了成核剂C—4对聚甲醛(POM)结晶结构与力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:加入成核剂后,聚甲醛球晶细化,晶粒数目增多,过冷度降低,这说明聚甲醛中加入成核剂C—4后结晶性能得到改善,以成核剂C—4为晶点使聚甲醛异相成核结晶。力学测试表明,成核剂C—4能使POM冲击强度明显地提高。

Abstract
The effect of nucleator C—4 on the crystallizing and mechanical properties of POM was investigated through Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC),Polarizing Microscopy(PIM) and Mechanical properties Testing.The experimental results show that the nucleator C—4 causes the thinner spherulites of POM,unchangeableness of the crystal system of POM,and decreases the degree of supercooling and crystallinity of POM,which indicate that the growth process of POM was a three dimensional heterogeneous. The nucleator C—4 greatly improved impact strength.
