摘要:镍铁合金镀层具有优越的物理、化学性能,与传统的镀镍工艺相比,镍铁合金电镀用价廉的纯铁代替了部分昂贵的金属镍,使有害的铁杂质变成了镀层中的有益成分,不但节约宝贵的镍资源、降低了电镀成本,而且还减少了镀层的针孔、脆性等弊病,且合金镀层的某些性能优于纯镍镀层,又因为光亮镀镍液很容易转化为镍铁合金镀液,因此,近年来镍铁合金电镀工艺,在国外得到迅速的发展。镍铁合金镀层除可用于防护装饰以至于耐磨性电镀外,还是重要的磁性镀层。由于这种镀层的镍铁含量较易调节和可镀着于 多种类型的基体上,所以它在无线电电子技术中有重要的应用。 4691
