摘要:本课题主要研究了纳米脂质载体包覆黄芩苷的性能。探究过程中尝试改变 工艺、配方组成,制备出不仅具有较小粒径而且稳定性良好的纳米脂质载体。实 验通过研究不同含量的乳化剂、固态油脂、液态油脂对制备纳米脂质载体的影响, 同时,也对比了不同的制备工艺对纳米脂质载体的影响,进而初步确定了纳米脂 质载体的配方组成及制备工艺。该体系采用硬脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚做乳化剂,液态 油脂为辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯,对比了不同的固态油脂对脂质载体的性能,使用的 固态油脂有十八酸、十四酸十四酯、22 碳醇、GMS,通过固态油脂的种类、含 量等调整最佳配比;另外,还研究羟丙基-β-环糊精对纳米脂质载体包覆黄芩苷的 性能研究,以及 pH 对复合脂质载体包覆黄芩苷性能的研究。最终确定优选配方 进行表征,得到乳化粒子约为 200nm 左右,呈均一的球状。

Study on the performance of baicalin in nano-lipid carrier

Abstract: The properties of nano-lipid carrier coated with baicalin were studied. In the process of exploration, the technology and formula composition were changed, and the nano-lipid carrier with small particle size and good stability was prepared. Experiment by studying the different levels of emulsifier, oil, liquid, solid state oil's influence on the preparation of nanostructured lipid carriers, at the same time, also compares the different preparation process on the influence of nanostructured lipid carriers, and preliminarily determines the formula composition and preparation technology of nanometer lipid carrier. This system adopts hard fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether do emulsifier, liquid grease for bitterness/decanoic acid three glyceride, compared the different solid grease on the performance of the lipid carrier, the use of solid fat are stearic acid, myristic acid ester 14, 22 carbon alcohol, GMS, through the solid fat content of species, such as adjust the optimal proportion; In addition, the performance of hydroxypropyl - β- cyclodextrin in the coating of baicalin on nano-lipid carriers was also studied, and the performance of pH on the coating of baicalin on compound lipid carriers  was  also  studied.  Finally,   the  optimal  formulation  was  determined     for characterization, and the emulsified particles were about 200nm in a uniform spherical shape.
