摘要:塔设备是化工、石油等工业中广泛使用的重要生产设备。本课题主要设计芳烃抽提装置中的提馏塔设备。烃抽提装置是一种利用萃取精馏的原理,以裂解富含芳烃的加氢汽油和重整脱戊烷油为原料,用环丁砜作溶剂,进行液液抽提,利用液液萃取和抽提蒸馏将烃类混合物中芳烃和非芳烃分离开来,以得到苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯、混合二甲苯等产品的装置。本课题主要根据已给定的设计条件进行提馏塔的结构设计、材料选择、强度和稳定性计算、部件设计选用,对吊柱、吊耳、塔盘、设备接管、法兰、平台及扶梯等板式塔部件进行了设计选择。最后利用有限元软件对该精馏塔进行有限元分析,检验精馏塔在风载荷作用下是否满足强度要求。5135
