摘要有机过氧化物作为一种危险化学品,在制造、使用、贮存过程中或由于自分解发热、热积累易导致燃烧、爆炸。由于在各种能量刺激中,热是最常见、最普遍、导致事故最多的一种,因此研究有机过氧化物的热安定性是非常重要的。本论文借助差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对过氧化二叔丁基(DTBP)、过氧化二叔戊基(DTAP)和叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)这三种物质进行了热危险性研究。采用Ozawa法和Kissinger法对DSC测得的热分解数据进行分析,得到了三种物质在不同升温速率下的起始分解温度、分解反应最高温度和比放热量等热力学参数,在此基础上计算得到反应活化能、指前因子、反应级数等动力学参数。数据显示,三种物质中,起始分解温度按 DTBP、DTAP、TBHP依次降低。三种物质的比放热量均较大,分解反应严重度高。
通过对有机过氧化物进行热稳定性研究,可为物质的生产、储存、运输提供有利的参考依据,防止过程中出现不必要的事故,造成财产损失和人员伤亡。5144

Title Study Thermal Stability of Organic Peroxides by DSC
AbstractAs a kind of dangerous chemicals, organic peroxides are easy to cause combustion and explosion during manufacture, usage and storage because of its thermal instability. It is very important to study the thermal action of samples due to common use of heat. By using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal stabilities of DTBP, DTAP and TBHP were studied under 4 different heating rates. Based on methods Ozawa and Kissinger, kinetic parameters of the three samples were calculated. And the detectable decomposition temperature of DTBP, DTAP and TBHP had a trend to drop. The released heats were all high which mean a high severity of decomposition reactions. By thermal studies of organic peroxides can give good guidance in materials’ manufacture, storage and transport which can avoid property loss and casualties.
