摘 要:根据某1000 t/d水泥熟料生产线的现状和工艺要求,完成烟气脱硝工程中水泥窑选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝系统设计,制定相应的SNCR烟气脱硝系统配置方案,还原剂采用20~25%氨水(质量分数)。针对每条水泥窑生产线分解炉型号,燃烧性质和工况特点进行仿真模拟,理论结合工程实际经验,确保为以项目量身定制最优的设计,最终满足水泥窑尾烟囱处氮氧化物排放初始浓度范围为600-1100 mg/Nm3(标况、10%O2、以NO2计),最大脱硝效率不低于60%,脱硝后水泥窑尾烟卤排放小于400 mg/Nm3(标况、10%O2、以NO计)。

Design of SNCR flue gas denitrification process in cement clinker production line
Abstract
According to the status and process requirements of the 1000 t/d cement clinker production line, selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitrification system for cement kiln in flue gas denitrification project was designed. A corresponding SNCR flue gas denitration system configuration scheme was made by using reducing agent of 20~25% ammonia (mass fraction). Simulation model for each cement kiln production line decomposer model, combustion characteristics and working conditions characteristics, theory combined with practical engineering experience to ensure that the optimal design is tailored to the project. Finally, the initial concentration range of nitrogen oxides emitted from the chimney at the cement kiln is 600-1100 mg/Nm3 (standard condition, 10% O2, and NO2). Maximum denitrification efficiency is not less than 60%. After the denitrification, the smoke emission from the cement kiln was less than 400mg/Nm3 (standard condition, 10% O2, NO).
