摘 要:在一定的酸度条件下,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对加替沙星(GAT) - Zn2+体系有显著的增敏作用,以此为基础上便建立了利用SDS增敏分光光度法测定加替沙星的高效、简单、灵敏的新方法。实验研究表明,在0.82~23.01μg/mL线性范围内,有线性回归方程A=0.04288+0.08717C(μg/mL) (r = 0.9294)。将该方法用于加替沙星药片的测定,结果令人满意。28511 毕业论文关键词:加替沙星;紫外可见分光光度法;十二烷基硫酸钠;增敏
• Spectrophotometric Determination of Gatifloxacin Sensitized by GAT- Zn2+ - SDS Micellar System
Abstract:A high sensitive,efficient and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of gatifloxacin has been established.The method was based on that the ultraviolet absorbance of gatifloxacin could be enhanced by SDS.The optimum conditions of the determination were studied.The method have showed good linearity in the range of 0.82~23.01μg/mL with a regression equation for A = 0.04288 + 0.08717C(μg/mL) (r = 0.9294).The method has been successfully applied to the determination of the gatifloxacin tablets.
