摘 要:本文将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯添加到特定比例(质量比为30:70)的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯CPUA(质量比1:1加稀释剂)和环氧丙烯酸酯(UVR6103)的共混物中,紫外光固化得到综合性能良好的涂膜。首先加入了2%-3%含氟丙烯酸酯,发现固化涂膜较易脱落,附着能力较差;接着将含氟量降到1%以下,做了含氟量分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%的6组对照实验。该树脂进行固化时不同组分分别采用自由基和阳离子引发剂共引发。采用了红外光谱;热重分析;固化率;扫描电镜测试了涂膜的基本性能,并对涂膜的表面进行了附着力;光泽度;接触角的测定。对比实验测得含氟量为0.3%涂膜的各项综合性能最佳。实验中选取的是最佳配比,不影响树脂的整体性能。最终确定添加含氟量为0.3%涂膜的性能最佳。28512 毕业论文关键词:紫外光固化;含氟;合成研究
Etermination of Uv-curable Fluoride Copolymers Synthesis
Abstract:The dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate was added to the specific proportion of polyurethane acrylate cpua (mass ratio of 1:1 with thinner) and epoxy acrylate UVR6103 blend (mass ratio of 30:70) In this paper.UV curing get good comprehensive properties of coating.First the 2-3% containing acrylate was added in the blend and found that the cured film is easy to fall off,the attachment ability was bad,then the fluorine content down to below 1%,the fluorine content of respectively 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6% of 6 groups of experiments.When the resin was cured,the different components were initiated by free radical and cationic initiator.The basic properties of the coating film were tested by IR,TG and SEM,and the surface of the film was determined and the gloss was determined.The comprehensive performance of the film with 0.3% content of fluorine.In the experiment,the best proportion is selected,and the overall performance of film was not affected.In a word,the best fluoride content was 0.3% to the performance of film.
