摘 要:本文以二苯甲醇与4-苯基-1, 2, 3-三唑为模板反应底物,详细考察了选择性合成三唑N2-烷基化类化合物的影响因素,如:反应溶剂,催化剂,温度,投料比等。通过对实验所得数据的分析比较,我们得到了该反应的最佳条件:以0.75eq的对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂、甲苯为溶剂(0.1mmol / 2mL)、投料比为1a/2a = 1.2:1、90℃条件下可以以较高的收率获得目标产物,随后我们在最佳反应条件下,通过选用不同取代基的1,2,3-三唑与二苯甲醇反应,完善了底物的适用范围。通过熔点测定、IR、NMR等方法对代表性化合物的结构进行了初步表征。29188 毕业论文关键词:苯基三唑;甲苯;二苯甲醇;N2选择性
The Study on The 1,2,3-triazole N2-selective Alkylation Reaction
Catalyzed by Brønsted Acids
Abstract:In this thesis,We used the reaction of Benzhydrol and 4-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole reaction as a template.We investigated the effects of the selective synthesis the N2-alkylation of the 1,2,3-Triazole compounds,such as the catalys,the solvent, the temperature,the ratio of substrates,and so on.We analyzed and compared of the experiment data,and obtained the optimized reaction conditions:using p-toluenesulfonic acid (0.75 eq) as catalyst,toluene as the solvent (0.1mmol / 2mL),material ratio 1a/2a = 1.2 : 1,we can get higher yields of N2-selectivity product at temperature of 90℃.Then under the optimized reaction conditions,different substituted 1,2,3-triazole were reacted with Benzotriazole to improve the scope of the substrate.Finally,the structure of representative compounds were characterized by IR,m.p and NMR.
