摘要石墨烯是碳原子紧密堆积成单层二文蜂窝状晶格结构的一种碳质新材料,具有许多优越性能,如高比表面积、高电导率、出色电子性能等。而聚苯胺成本低、比容高、充放电时间短,一直为超级电容器电极材料研究的热点。本课题用化学法合成的磺化石墨烯掺杂本征态聚苯胺,并制得聚苯胺/石墨烯复合电极,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱表征复合材料,测量其充放电曲线和循环伏安曲线(CV)研究材料的电化学性能。结果发现聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料电极在0.5mol•L-1H2SO4电解质溶液中,电流密度为0.019 A•g-1时,比电容为43.5 F•g-1,比能量为1.6 Wh•kg-1,比功率为53.9 W•kg-1。5585

Title Fabrication and Study of Electrochemical Properties of Grapnene/Polyaniline Electrodes
Abstract
Graphene is a new carbonaceous material which is made of carbon atoms, closely packed into a two-dimensional one-atom-thick honeycomb lattice structure. It has many superior advantages such as high surface area, high conductivity, excellent electrical performance and so on. PANI becomes hot investigation in electrode material in supercapacitors for its advantages of low cost, high specific volume and short charging-discharging time. Through the chemical synthesis of SG doped PANI, we obtained PANI/SG composite electrode in this experiment. Characterization of composite materials by IR、 UV spectroscopy, besides, we measured the galvanostatic charge-discharge curves and cyclic voltammetry (CV) so as to study the electrochemical performances of the composite material. The results showed that PANI/SG composite modified platinum electrode in 0.5 mol•L-1H2SO4 electrolyte solution, its specific capacitance reached to 43.5 F•g-1, specific energy was 1.6 Wh•kg-1, and the specific power was only 53.9 W•kg-1 at the current density of 0.019 A•g-1.
