摘要本论文研究絮凝剂分子与染料分子的相互作用原理。课题拟利用本课题组已有染料固色剂的研究成果和市售工业产品,根据絮凝脱色剂与模拟印染废水中悬浮染料和胶体分子的化学反应原理,采用絮凝法,改变絮凝剂的投加量和溶液的pH值,来筛选出处理某一种染料的最佳絮凝脱色剂。结果发现,对于阳离子型的絮凝剂,随着投加量的增加,脱色率先增加后减小,达到较佳絮凝效果时,实际用量小于理论用量,约为40%。对于无机絮凝剂而言,随着投加量的增加,脱色率逐渐提高。无机絮凝剂的处理效果要比PDAC和PDM的效果要好,但是生成的絮体更多。从而为实际印染废水的絮凝脱色研究打下基础。5743

Title Preliminary Study on molecular reaction - based printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent
Abstract
In this paper, the interaction principle of flocculant molecules and dye molecules were researched.. This paper intended to use the research results of our research group such as dye fixing agents, and commercially available industrial flocculant products.Based on the interaction of suspension of dye and colloidal molecules in chemical reactions and through changing the flocculant dosage and solution pH values to find out the best flocculation for decolorization of a dye . It was found that decolorizing ability of the cationic flocculant increase frist and then decrease with increasing dosage. The actual amount of the better flocculation was less than about 40% of the theoretical amount . For inorganic flocculants, the decolorization rate increased gradually with increasing dosage.Inorganic flocculant treatment effects were better than organic flocculants PDAC and PDM ,but the more sludge generated. The research results laid the foundation for decolorization of the actual printing and dyeing wastewater.
