摘要:本论文研究了pH、电镀时间、主盐浓度、光亮剂浓度等单因素对镀锌钢片表面光泽度的影响,接着研究了La3+、Ce3+、(La3+/Ce3+)对于镀锌钢片表面光泽度的影响,最后分别对添加稀土(La3+/Ce3+)和未添加稀土的两片镀锌钢片进行性能表征。得到镀锌钢片的较佳工艺条件为pH=3.5~4.0,电镀时间为3min,七水硫酸锌浓度为200g/L,苄叉丙酮浓度为1.20g/L,硫脲浓度为0.80 g/L,香兰素浓度为0.80g/L~1.2g/L,稀土La3+浓度为0.40g/L,稀土Ce3+浓度为0.05 g/L时镀锌钢片表面光泽度较好,镀液中添加(La3+/Ce3+)后,镀锌层表面晶粒明显细化,镀层表面更加平整,Zn元素含量升高,镀层表面更加光亮。5801

Study on the Brighteners of Zinc Electroplating in Sulfate Electrolyte
Abstract:This article studies the time, salt concentration, pH, electroplating brightener concentration such as single factor effect on galvanized steel sheet surface gloss, then studied the La3+, Ce3+, (La3+/Ce3+) for galvanized steel sheet surface gloss effect, final definitions of rare earth (La3+/Ce3+) and two pieces not adding rare earth zinc-coated steel sheet for performance characterization. Are plating zinc steel tablets of more better technology conditions for pH=3.5~4.0, plating time for 3min, seven water zinc sulfate concentration for 200g/L, benzyl fork acetone concentration for 1.20g/L, sulfur urea concentration for 0.80 g/L, fragrant blue pigment concentration for 0.80g/L~1.2g/L, rare earth La3+ concentration for 0.40g/L, rare earth Ce3+ concentration for 0.05 g/L Shi plating zinc steel tablets surface gloss degrees better, plating liquid in the added (La3+/Ce3+) Hou, Grain visible in the surface refinement for zinc coating, coating surface more smooth, Zn contents increase, more light coating.
