摘 要:综述众多合成二硒醚的方法以及其合成路线,并比较其优缺点。本文主要介绍加2mL碱的情况下,利用Se/CO/H2O体系,在90℃下用硒与Se/CO/H2O体系产生的硒化氢和芳香醛发生反应,首次制备出嘧啶基杂环的苄基二硒醚,此反应中是利用了硒可以作为催化剂这一新的用途。反应条件简化,大大缩短了反应所需的时间,二硒醚的产率得到提高。34170 毕业论文关键词:嘧啶醛;Se/CO/H2O体系;硒粉;二硒醚
Diselenide Prepared from Pyrimidine Aldehyde
Abstract:In this paper,summaried numerous synthesis methods diselenide and synthetic route.And compare their advantages and disadvantages.Mainly introduces the use of Se/CO/H2O system,under the condition of normal temperature without alkali,Hydrogen selenide with aromatic aldehydes produced by selenium and Se/CO/H2O reaction system,prepared pyrimidinyl diselenide,yield is improved.For the first time to prepare a pyrimidine heterocyclic benzyl diselenide,simplified reaction conditions,selenium as a catalyst to be applied,greatly reducing the time required for the reaction.
