摘 要:以银杏叶为研究对象,用乙醇溶液作为溶剂来提取银杏叶中的主要成分黄酮。正交试验的方法来探究影响黄酮产率的因素。通过实验来分析温度,时间,料液的比例,以及乙醇的体积分数对提取出黄酮量的不同影响。结果表明,随着乙醇的体积分数的增大黄,酮的提取量是增加的。但当乙醇的体积分数超过70%,随着乙醇体积分数的增大,黄酮的提取量是下降的。体积分数为70%的乙醇,料液比为1:40,温度是90℃时是黄酮提取率的最优条件,提取率最高达到28.5%。34961 毕业论文关键词:银杏叶黄;酮的提取率;乙醇
Study on Extraction of Effective Component from Ginkgo by SolventRefluxing Method
Abstract:Ginkgo biloba is viewed as the study with ethanol as a solvent to extract the main components of Ginkgo biloba flavonoids.Orthogonal test was used to explore the factors of affecting the yield of flavonoids.The effects of temperature 、time、proportion of material liquid and the volume fraction of ethanol on the extraction of flavonoid were analyzed .The results showed that the amount of alcohol increased with the increase of ethanol volume fraction.But when the volume fraction of ethanol is over 70% 、the amount of flavonoids is decreased with the increase of ethanol volume fraction.The optimal extraction rate of the ethanol was 70%、the ratio of material to liquid ratio of 1:40 、the temperature of which was 90、 and the extraction rate was the highest 28.5%.
