摘 要:稀土发光材料是一种重要的发光材料,具有独特的性能。近年来,在诸多应用领域,如医疗检查、探测、防伪技术等方面具有巨大潜力,受到人们的广泛关注。
本文通过选用不同浓度的Eu3+的掺杂,采用马弗炉高温焙烧的方法,制备出不同结构及发光性能的发光材料,讨论了反应的参数对Y203:Eu3+发光材料的结构,尺寸及其形貌的影响。通过对反应参数如不同的煅烧温度、不同的煅烧时间及掺杂比例等条件的优化,实现了对Y203:Eu3+结构特征、形貌特征及发光性能的初步控制。使制备的材料具有较好的荧光性能,并进一步探讨发光材料的发光原理。35119 毕业论文关键词:稀土离子;Y203:Eu3+;发光性能;掺杂;配合物
The Porous Y203:Eu3+Luminescence Synthesis and Study of Properties
Abstract: Rare earth luminescent materials is an important luminescent materials with unique properties.In recent years,in many applications,such as to medical examination,detection,anti-counterfeiting technology has great potential widespread attention.
In this paper,through selecting different percentage of Eu3+ doping,the muffle furnace high temperature calcination method prepared with different structure and luminescence properties of luminescent materials,discuss the structure parameters of the reactions of Y203:Eu3+had a positive effect of luminescent materials,size and shape.Of Y203:Eu3+ had a positive effect structure,morphology and luminescent properties of the preliminary control,is achieved through the optimization of the reaction parameters such as different calcination temperature,different calcining time, different doped composition and doping proportion conditions.The prepared material has good fluorescence properties,and to further explore the luminescence principle of luminescent materials.
