摘 要:在硫酸介质中,甲醛能显著地催化溴酸钾氧化中性红褪色的反应,基于该反应建立了催化动力学光度法测定甲醛的新方法。本论文从反应温度、酸度、溴酸钾用量、中性红浓度、反应时间等方面研究了反应体系的最佳条件。测定体系的最大吸收波长为518nm,线性范围为0.02~0.10mg/L,方法的检出限为3.7×10-4μg/mL,相对标准偏差为5.7%,相关系数为0.9946。用此法测定了干燥食品中的微量甲醛,结果满意。35118 毕业论文关键词:催化光度法;甲醛;中性红;溴酸钾
Color-Fading Photometric Determination of Formaldehyde
Abstract: A new kinetic method for the determination of trace formaldehyde was established based on the catalytic action of formaldehyde on the oxidative fading reaction between Potassium bromate oxidation neutral red in Sulfuric acid,and with sodium oxalate as the activator.The optimal experimental conditions were studied,such as The temperature,the acidity,the concentration of Neutral red,reaction time ,etc.The results show that maximum absorption of the neutral red solution is at 518nm,the linear range of determination of formaldehyde is 0.02-0.10mg/L,the detection limit is 3.7×10-4μg/mL.The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 5.7%, and correlation coefficient is 0.9946.This method can be used for the determination of trace formaldehyde in dry food with satisfactory results.
