摘 要:本实验采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定两种不同苹果品种的果肉和果皮中的微量元素含量。为了解苹果中的微量金属元素含量提供科学的理论依据。用HNO3+HCl+H2SO4的湿法消解体系对苹果样品进行处理,采用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对苹果中的钙、铁、锌三种微量元素进行含量测定,并进行分析。结果表明不同品种的苹果果肉中同一种微量元素的含量没有较大的差异,而果皮中的Ca、Fe、Zn的含量较果肉中的Ca、Fe、Zn的含量高。苹果中含有大量人体所必需的Ca、Fe、Zn微量元素。该实验方法简单、快捷。36213 毕业论文关键词:苹果原子吸收光谱法湿消解法微量元素含量测定
Determination of Trace Elements in Apple by Wet Digestion
Abstract:The research aimed to determine the content of trace elements in flesh and pericarp of apple with flame atomic absorption,and provide the experimental and theoretical basis for the scientific pharmaceutical and comprehensive utilization of apple in future Apples were treated by wet digestion with HNO3+HCl+H2SO4.The content of 3 kinds of trace elements including Ca、Fe、Zn in apple were determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry and compared for analysis.There was a small difference on the contents of trace elements in different varieties of apple. The content of 3 kinds of trace elements including Ca、Fe、Zn in pericarp were richer than them in flesh. Apple contained abundant trace elements of Ca、Fe、Zn indispensable to human body.The determination method was economical,simple and quick .
