摘 要:本论文以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,叔丁醇为溶剂,采用水热法制备了纳米TiO2,运用红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见吸收光谱、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术手段对其结构进行了表征,并以甲基橙溶液为降解对象,评价了纳米TiO2的光催化活性。结果表明,纳米TiO2为锐钛矿相,具有较好的分散性,较高的光催化活性,在300W汞灯照射15min,对甲基橙溶液降解率达到100%。同时,对TiO2光催化材料未来发展趋势进行了展望。36215 毕业论文关键词:纳米二氧化钛;水热法;表征;光催化
The Preparation of Nano-TiO2 by Hydrothermal Method and the Study on Its Performance
Abstract: Nano-TiO2 was prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and tert-butanol as solvent via a hydrothermal method.The material was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)、Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis)、X-ray diffraction (XRD)、scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the photocatalytic activity was tested by the degradation experiment of methyl orange solution .The results suggested that the prepared Nano-TiO2 was anatase phase with better dispersion and excellent photocatalytic performance,the degradation of methyl orange solution rate can reach 100% after 15 min with the irradiation of 300 W mercury lamp.Meanwhile,the development in the future of titania photocatalytic materials was prospected.
