摘 要:在硫酸介质中,对痕量铬(VI)催化过氧化氢氧化孔雀石绿褪色的反应体系进行了研究,建立了测定痕量铬(VI)的催化动力学新方法。本文从反应温度、反应时间、酸度、孔雀石绿用量等方面研究了反应体系的最佳条件。在最佳的实验条件下测定该实验体系的最大吸收波长为618nm,线性范围为2~16μg/L,方法的检出限为1.86×10-3μg/mL,相对标准偏差为2.3%,相关系数为0.9936。用此法测定模拟废水中的微量铬(VI),结果满意。36918 毕业论文关键词:催化光度法;孔雀石绿;过氧化氢;铬(VI)
Determination of Hexavalent Chromium Content by Catalytic Spectrophotometric Method
Abstract:A new kinetic method for the determination of chromium (VI) content was established based on the catalytic action of chromium (VI) on the oxidative fading reaction between malachite green and H2O2 in H2SO4 medium.The optimal experimental conditions were studied,such as pH,the amount of malachite green, reaction temperature and reaction time etc.The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of the reaction system is at 618nm,the linear range of the determination of chromium (VI) is 2~16μg/L,the detection limit is 1.86×10-3μg /mL and the recovery is 94.7~96.2%.The method can be used for the determination of chromium (VI) content in simulated wastewater with satisfactory results.
