摘要:本课题主要对烟草净油制备工艺的优化条件以及烟草净油的香气成分进行了研究。通过单因素实验,考察不同的时间、料液比、超声波频率条件下烟草净油的提取率,对其香气成分进行对比分析,优化其制备工艺。优化条件如下:浸提时间:2h;料液比:1:5;超声波频率:10kHz,同时计算出烟草净油的得率为5.236%-6.281%。通过顶空固相微萃取法结合GC-MS检测烟叶的香气成分,共鉴定出津巴布韦COT烟叶的70种挥发性香气组分,其中醇类11种,酮类21种,酸类8种,醛类4种,酯类5种,烃类5种,酚类9种,杂环芳香类7种。通过GC-MS分析最优条件下制备的烟草净油,共鉴定出55种香气物质,其中烃类13种,酸类10种,醛类5种,醇类2种,酮类10种,酯类8种,酚类2种,杂环芳香类5种。37590

The Preparation Technology and the Study of Aroma Components of the Tobacco Absolute Oil
Abstract: This paper mainly discussed the preparation technology of the tobacco absolute oil of the optimum condition and the aroma components of the tobacco absolute oil. Through single factor experiment to study the tobacco absolute extraction rate by different time, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic frequencies. Its aroma components were analyzed to optimize the preparation process.Optimizing results were as follows: extraction time: 3h; solid-liquid ratio: 1: 5; ultrasonic frequency: 10kHz.Simultaneously, calculate the yield of the tobacco absolutes is 5.236% -6.281%. By headspace solid phase micro-extraction and GC-MS to detect tobacco aroma components.It was identified 70 kinds of volatile aroma components of tobacco in Zimbabwe COT, including eleven kinds of alcohols, twenty-one kinds of ketones, eight kinds of acids,four kinds of aldehydes, five kinds of esters and hydrocarbons, nine kinds of phenols, seven kinds of aromaticheterocyclic.By GC-MS analyzing the tobacco absolutes prepared under optimal conditions, it was identified 55 kinds of aroma substances, thirteen kinds of hydrocarbons, ten kinds of acids, five kinds of aldehydes, two kinds of alcohol, ten kinds of ketones, 8 kinds of esters class, two kinds of phenols and five kinds of heterocyclic aromatic.
