摘 要:本文运用熔盐法制备了以掺杂稀土元素铈合成的钛酸钡粉体,通过使用XRD、SEM等先进的测试仪器分别对样品粉末进行了粒径、表面形貌和晶相的研究;研究结果表明,掺杂稀土元素铈的样品粉体很大部分都产生了四方相结构的钛酸钡晶体,另外晶体生长比较好,形状呈规则的片状结构,同时没有发生团聚现象。另外了解了熔盐法的基本原理,它还可以制备很多不同形状和规则外形的单纯相的钛酸盐系列粉末。本文更加清楚地解释了钛酸钡的四方相的微观结构。37613 毕业论文关键词:钛酸钡;掺杂;稀土铈;熔盐
The Synthesis and Performance Research of BaTiO3 Doped With Rare Earth Cerium
Abstract:This paper was prepared by molten salt doped barium titanate powder of rare earth cerium element synthesis,In a series of advanced testing means such as XRD, SEM,respectively on the samples of powder particle size,surface morphology,crystalline phase of the study;In addition,also use X-ray diffraction to characterize the synthetic samples.The analysis results show that the sample of the doped cerium powder most of them are form of four phase barium titanate crystal,crystal well developed at the same time,three-dimensional shape and no reunion phenomenon.Basic principle of molten salt method,it can also be the preparation of many different shapes and rules of appearance of pure phase titanate powder series.This article more clearly explains the four phases of BaTiO3 microstructure.
