摘要:本文研究了在电催化条件下,以3-甲基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑-5-胺、达米酮和醛为反应原料,乙醇为反应溶剂,室温下一锅法合成了一系列4-取代-3,7,7-三甲基-1-苯基-6,7,8,9-四氢-1H-吡唑并[3,4-b]喹啉-5(4H)-酮衍生物。该合成方法具有操作简单、产率较高、环境友好等优点。38401 毕业论文关键词:电催化、一锅法、喹啉
Synthesis of pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline derivatives via electrocatalytic reaction
Abstract: A series of quinoline derivatives were synthesized via the reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine, dimedone and aldehyde at room temperature in ethanol media by electrocatalysis. The synthesis method has the advantages of simple operation, high yield and environment friendly.
